DIE AND ROLL REFURBISHING:

CFE are the market leaders in die refurbishing in the UK and the Irish market. The Company uses high pressure water patented technology to unblock dies. They have an automated CNC refurbishing station capable of producing 1,000 dies per annum. CFE’s roll refurbishing line uses technology from the automotive industry and is the only one of its kind in the world. It has capacity to produce 4,000 refurbished roll units per annum.

CFE compile the history of refurbishing on a client basis and issue quarterly reports to its customers.

 

COST PER TONNE CONTRACTS:

This is a package where all pelleting consumables are supplied to a site for a three year period at an agreed fixed price. This proposal includes press service, quarterly reports, stock management and energy monitoring. Costs are benchmarked against best practice in each sector.

NEW DIE SALES:

As market leaders on die sales, CFE sell in excess of 800 new dies per annum. The Company has outsourced its die manufacturing and uses three world class die manufacturers. The CFE team has over forty years’ experience in this area. This allows them to give quality advice to their clients and negotiate in a constructive way with manufacturers.

CPM SPARES:

CFE are the preferred distributor of CPM spares in the UK and Irish market. CFE engineers have done their technical training in house at CPM. CFE plan to grow this market by 50% in the medium term with the help of its partner CPM.

REFURBISHED PELLET PRESSES:

CFE offer a selection of refurbished pellet presses. All machines are refurbished in Haydock and carry a six month guarantee.

PRESS SERVICE:

CFE have a team of engineers in Ireland and the UK supported by our partners Hire a Hand in the UK. We offer free press audits on all CPM pelleting equipment.

SALES SUPPORT:

CFE have seven people working on the road with customers, offering engineering and technical support coupled with our industry know how and can do attitude. Our office administration and sales support staff have a wealth of experience in this sector.
