Innovative hygienising and compacting technology from Bühler
HYSYS is a new system for the production of hygienised compound feed meeting the most rigorous safety standards.
HYSYS includes the following modules:
HYMIX ensures best possible intensive and homogeneous mixing of steam and feed particles
HYTERM destroys pathogenic micro organisms efficiently, improves pellet quality and increases pellet mill throughput
HYPAC state-of-the-art compacting technology up to 50 t/h
HYMODE fully automatic control from conditioning and compacting to cooling
* Modular system with standardised interfaces
* Hot air can be applied to act upon critical points of the process line during production
* Reduced start-up times thanks to manual or automatic steam volume control
* Hygienising mode can be selected to ensure product quality (hygienising temperature and dwell time) and to reduce the contamination risk during start-up. The hygienising mode guaranties the return of inadequately conditioned compound feed and at the same time minimises the quantity returned
* Automatic heating and drying of the steam before and after production by heating pads and optional hot-air system, reducing start-up and cleaning times
